Sure, but you have to make the source code freely available as per the GPL.

Q: If I give someone a plugin or extension, do I have to make the source code available? 

Yes.

4番目のQ。というわけでsmxを公開してる人はソースコードも同時に公開するか、公開自体をやめるかのどちらかを選択しましょう。個人的には公開して欲しいけど。

どっちにしろデコンパイラがあるので勝手にソースコード化するのは可能だけど。
